Pros

Beautiful location- Park City Friendly coworkers Discounted travel perks That is about it for the pros

Cons

Poor Management: no leadership skills amongst ant of the managers. Never have support or guidance on anything. Very Little to No Communication:Must be able to do everything on the fly and not let this phase you. Nobody is on the same page between sales and support team from the operations side of the resort. Dirty Politics: managers are out for themselves and yell at sales reps but are never there to support them and try to turn people against other coworkers for their benefits. Also, sleeping with employees and then reprimanding other employees for favoritism but not punishing who they are sleeping with when they no call, no show and refuse tours. No career potential, even if you work super hard. No appreciation for hard workers, you actually seem to get punished and they look for reasons why you shouldn't be promoted and make you feel like crap. No set training (Park City location) for sales support team: very frustrating when you first start to have to learn everything on your own and be expected to just know everything War between sales and marketing every day. VERY UNDERPAID for sales reps and sales support. Only three sales reps actually make good money. The rest of the sales reps live off a draw ($1000/mo net) but they take your draw out of your sales so you make no money and they make money off of you.
