Pros
For the most part employees are good workers and are supporting each other through this long slide into worse times.
Cons
The company is doing badly financially and treating the employees worse. There are real reasons and then there is poor management. The real reason Westinghouse is in trouble is that the nuclear "Renaissance" fizzled out. Once the nukes are built in the US, there are no more US customers on the horizon, hence all the layoffs. How Westinghouse is handling this is abysmal. Instead of leveling with the workforce (who are by no means stupid) Danny is still trying to get the workforce to believe the next big order is around the corner. Meanwhile, people disappear. One day you notice you haven't seen "Joe" for a while, then find out he was quietly ushered out the door. Couldn't go back to his cubicle to get his things or say goodbye to his colleagues. In addition, whoever can find a job is leaving, so the talent is leaving in droves and those who can are retiring. The atmosphere is toxic.
