"sit down, shut up and do your job' attitude from mgmt and do 10-12 hours a day - butts in seats. Many good folks leaving making a Constant overloading of folks left. Folks retiring at 58 not because they want to but because they need to for their physical and mental well being. Yet mgmt does not consider them in the attrition rate
