None. Some people who miraculously remain positive in the hostile and toxic environment are pretty great.
Cons
Workload is impossible to manage, even working 10-12 hour days goes unrecognized and expected. Performance review causes major competition amongst teams and is unfair. People are treated terrible by managers and blown off by senior level.
