Pros
I would have a pro if they haven't manipulated employees so much. They have ok benefits, and really I can't think of anything else.
Cons
Well I could spend probably 3 weeks explaining where this company went wrong. They like to screw over the employee. Just want to get the news if you work in the home office 48 hours is your typical 40 hour paid week. Management will only try to work against you when trying to grow in the company. Raises are really tricky, because no matter how your manager rates you, you will get what ever upper upper management wants.. so don't waste anytime on your performance review because even when you get a 5 rating they will give you a 3. Hmmm what else have they done, oh yes! The reward system, so instead of giving you recognition and making it worth while they decided that they will let your co-workers reward you. Funny thing with this is they take the taxes out of your paycheck. For example, without my approval I get points that I can't even use at relevant places, and my mediocre paycheck gets dinged... how is that even right?!? Oh and that's also saying if management approves your reward. Saving them 5million $ and still waiting for more than 20$ worth of rewards... (Good luck because they normally get rejected, way to recognize your employee). i could probably spend more time on cons, but my hands hurt because I'm used as a work horse while people who are above me screw off all day making more money and making it look like they work. It's a real buddy buddy system once you get past the lower levels.
