Pros
Coworkers are good - misery loves company. Free parking. Nice cafeteria
Cons
Insane amounts of unpaid overtime. This is the "new norm." Work-life balance is a farce. No leadership. Senior management says that "Every Voice Matters" and want to hear your opinion (but then not do anything about it. Their response to the unpaid OT mandate (10-20 hours per week with no end in sight) is to allow flexible scheduling - you can take every other Friday off as long as you work all of your regular hours plus all of your OT hours in 9 days instead of 10. Except if you have a meeting, or a deadline, or a conference call, then you can't take the day off anyway. But they still haven't addressed the effect of the pay cut you take by working more hours for the same amount of money. Benefits have steadily eroded every year since they hired the HR guy from Microsoft. Lots of project managers to manage the work and tell you how to do it and monitor you doing it, but they don't actually do any work to help you out.
