Pros
Employees are great and amazing to work with. Hard workers and good dedicated personalities.
Cons
Employee dedication is taken advantage of. You are largely ignored if you have views on improvements, despite copious amounts of fake "improvement initiatives." Executive management hired by current CEO is made up of just bad people in general. Their views on life are skewed, and they are just mean and nasty to those who work for them. Absokutley zero work and life balance. Your time is not your own. You WILL be working weekends and 10 hour days no matter what position you are in. The future of this industry is also bleak so that doesnt help the situation.
