Pros
There are no measurable "Pros" unless you enjoy working in a House of Horrors populated by 30-something punks who have never worked in the real world a day in their lives and are hiding out in corners and dark shadows waiting to pounce on any innocent passerby and try to build their career on the Professional Carcass of their Victims.
Cons
This company and its previous management has Lied to and Stolen the hopes, dreams and money of everyone involved in the Nuclear Industry. They aligned themselves with companies that had no experience in Construction and Architect Engineering - let alone Nuclear construction and Nuclear Architect Engineering. There is more that ample evidence that their original constructor actually had No Intention whatsoever of building the American AP1000's - and were simply positioning themselves to create a false inflation of their value so that they could sell the company at this inflated value and gild the golden parachutes of their management. There is evidence that Westinghouse management was aware of these conditions. One of their managers got paid a $19 Millon Dollar bonus for engaging in this charade. Environmentally - the company is like a Scene from The Burning of Atlanta, or the Fight Scene in "Anchorman". Lots of random career-violence, screaming, shadows darting over the landscape, flashes of what looks like fire or Medieval Weapons........and sheer terror. The company is a cesspool of the Worst People in Industry.........it's a harbinger of Doom for anyone that engages with it.
