Pros
The legacy of Westinghouse as a technical leader in its industry is top notch. There were many great people that I worked with over the years. I have to believe some of them are still there.
Cons
Leadership is completely tone deaf. The focus is clearly on managing things vs leading people, and the leadership team has basically squandered every bit of the company's legacy, talent and credibility.
