Pros
Management if finally doing something about reducing the costs to match the market place. Today we reduced the work force by 5% to achieve these cost reductions. The pay and benefits at Westinghouse are very good.
Cons
Senior management was spared during the recent layoffs, all the people responsible for the slow reaction to the market place are still here.
