Awful Example of Human Resources - Manager Westinghouse Employee Review

The human resources department at Westinghouse particularly in Columbia and Cranberry is one of the most disgraceful examples of Human Resources. They are cliquey and gossipy and don't look at facts and consider the people they are supposed to be supporting what so ever. I have been multiple example as a manager and as an employee where they did unethical things and basically drove the organization to self serve. When the HR department gossips outside of their work place as well they lost all my respect.
