A company with serious nepotism issue - Engineer Westinghouse Employee Review

A lot of Westinghouse middle and upper managements have their own children working in the same company, or even the same organization. And their children got promoted to middle and upper management positions much fast than vast majority of other regular employees, who have worked very hard for many years but cannot see a clear path for career development. This is really immoral and not fair to majority of the employees in the company. This is detrimental to the company’s morality on top of other issues.
