Business Outlook
Pros
Plenty of room for advancement (it's mostly 50+ folks near retirement), good professional development road map, benefits are good but not great, management is trying their hardest to drag an elderly status-quo-supporting workforce up to current technologies
Cons
Atmosphere can be stale, old, and slow; largely male-dominant demographic; company mindset, courtesy of the last hiring boom being in the 1970s, is often antiquated, intracompany knowledge transfer is too slow to capture all the expertise that will leave with the upcoming wave of retirements
