Pros
Great hourly staff and good working conditions. Good pay but little in the way of training and advacement unless you play the games
Cons
Horrible mid level and upper level managment devoid of the ability to treat people like people. This is what eventually happens when engineer's try to manage people. Very cutthroat atomospher among professional due to the CEO bringing with him from GE performance evaluation process. Witness to managers plotting on how to fire other professionals and hourly. Was a great place to work at one time but has long since passed.
