Pros

Getting good commission if you're favored by management and are put on more facilities.

Cons

-Management bullies their employees, especially if you come to them with any issues in the workplace. - HR doesn't do their job. They tell you if you're having any issues, to address them with HR (who is a co-owner). She will tell you she doesn't know enough about being HR so she will need to hire a 3rd party to mediate. HR also will not take any complaints seriously. - Management causing a toxic and hostile work environment. - Double standards for employee's, depending on if you are favored or not. - No room for advancement. - Replacing american employees with over sea employees because they do not have to pay them as much for salary, and don't pay them commission. - Makes up positive reviews for themselves because all the real reviews are negative. - Politicly driven. - Will discriminate against you if you are not religious or conservative. - Will discriminate if you have piercings or tattoos, or care about how you look. - Has hinted that they would prefer you to work over time with out clocking it.

Pros

Owner and director are great! They are always willing to teach and let their recruiters gain experience. Days go by quickly, very team oriented and close knit firm. Base pay is decent- pay can be very nice as long as you are making quota.

Cons

Workload can be a lot, so some people may struggle to keep up. If you don’t like to work in a fast paced industry, this my not be for you.

Pros

Not many pros besides the salary

Cons

- No growth - Employers don't accept any feedback despite having a high turnover - No company direction - Management makes a hostile environment - Management has bullied employees who were struggling to perform - Lots of inappropriate comments about people not needing money when they messed up payroll - Management sets difficult goals for recruiters to get any perks and when they actually reach them, they change them again and tell them they're not doing enough - if you're interested in working here, this is a snippet of the unprofessionalism "We like to hire poor people because they work harder"
