You will feel a sense of belonging, like your coworkers are your family away from home. A lot of coworkers hang outside of work.

Cons

Depending on your department, management can talk down to you. Some of them can be very annoying or passive aggressive.

Great benefits & Vacation Time

Cons

Leadership & Human Resources does not support staff. Many have been with the establishment for 15+ years, it is horrible they do not support those that have been loyal to them. Especially when new people come on with a clear agenda to "clean house" to bring in their former employees. There was also no help when a new manager came in and loaded a supervisor with work, while they did not assist any staff.
