Pros

Close knit staff from every department.

Cons

Company contributions to 403b aren’t yours unless you stay for three years, you’ll want to leave before than because of the lack of support from management. Little opportunity to move up unless you have parents that work in the facility, then you’ll be considered for positions with barely any experience. RN to PT ratios can go up to 1:8 on some days.

Pros

Great benefits & Vacation Time

Cons

Leadership & Human Resources does not support staff. Many have been with the establishment for 15+ years, it is horrible they do not support those that have been loyal to them. Especially when new people come on with a clear agenda to "clean house" to bring in their former employees. There was also no help when a new manager came in and loaded a supervisor with work, while they did not assist any staff.
