Pros

Pay is the only reason I still work here. When something else comes along I'm heading for the door period!

Cons

I hate to say racism but it is what is. especially the human resource folk maybe except one person in that dept. they spy on you for no reason, they even watch when you go to lunch and when you return.

Pros

Good perks, free lunch, great to have on your resume

Cons

The culture did not keep pace with the expectations placed on employees. High performers often found themselves taking on significantly more work without meaningful recognition or opportunities for advancement. It became increasingly difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance, and there was a noticeable disconnect between leadership messaging and employees’ day-to-day experiences. If you’re someone who enjoys solving complex problems and can navigate ambiguity, you’ll gain valuable experience here. However, be prepared for an environment where long hours, shifting priorities, and inconsistent support can become the norm. I would encourage prospective employees to ask detailed questions during the interview process about workload expectations, career progression, team stability, and how success is actually measured—not just how it’s described. White & Case gave me valuable experience that helped shape my career, but I ultimately realized that professional growth shouldn’t come at the expense of your well-being.
