Pros
Exposure to multiple web applications is the experience you probably can't get anywhere else. Unlimited PTO. Also, it's pretty hard to get fired here unless you are trying to destroy the company.
Cons
Incompetent management. The middle management is more likely promoted because they are buddies rather than qualifications. Also the pay is criminally low for the bay area.
