Pros
Amazing people, great culture, fast paced environment and a tremendous opportunity to build your career and learn new things. The nature of the business draws people to WhiteHat that are passionate about what they do and want to see this company succeed at all costs.
Cons
As with all fast growing companies, growing pains are the nature of the beast. Lack of clear process and systems make day to day life a bit painful but hope is on the horizon as many of these things are being addressed by senior management.
