Very friendly people. Company growing quickly. Free snacks. Good health benefits. Executives appear to be making an effort to increase communication flow.
Cons
No defined goals and objectives for employees. No performance feedback given and no standard performance review process in place. Salary increases, promotions and bonuses are rare for some departments, yet readily available for other departments. HIgh stress. Pushing company growth fast with supporting infrastructure lagging behind.
