Working at WhiteHat was a great experience. The people there are genuine, easy to collaborate with, and really feel like they want the best for their team and company. During the early days of the pandemic, leadership openly recognized the strain the change caused and were very flexible. They allowed employees to choose a 4 day work week and brought in mental health professionals for all team meetings for special talks, which was very much appreciated. I felt it was easy to make positive change and the company genuinely welcomed every one's ideas for progress.
