We appreciate you taking the time to leave this great review! It's fantastic to know that you enjoy working with everyone on the team, as building strong relationships and promoting teamwork are fundamental to our success. As a remote-first company, we pride ourselves on providing employees the ability to work where they’re most productive. To enhance connection and collaboration, employees in the D.C. metro area also visit the office from time to time for in-person meetings and events. We find this mixture to be helpful in accommodating to different the needs and preferences of our employees. The leadership team works hard to ensure we provide a competitive benefits package to our employees. Thank you for sharing the offerings that resonate most with you. We've made recent enhancements to our benefits package and we're hopeful they further support your overall wellbeing. In summary, we’re glad to hear that we have been able to exceed your expectations. Thank you for being a valuable member of our team and for sharing your insights on Glassdoor!

Pros

Leadership demonstrates a genuine commitment to employee success, consistently fostering a collaborative and positive team culture. Support is readily available when needed, and the organization places a strong emphasis on training and development. There are extensive opportunities and benefits for individuals who value continuous learning and growth. The company offers excellent benefits and competitive compensation, reflecting its people-first approach. Leadership strives to ensure employees are properly rewarded and have access to comprehensive benefit programs, while also encouraging their effective utilization. From thoughtful gestures of appreciation to robust benefit offerings, the organization prioritizes employee well-being. With a strong focus on excellence, this is an ideal environment for professionals who take pride in delivering their best work.

Cons

During peak seasons, the company maintains high performance expectations, which can be demanding but rewarding for those who thrive in fast-paced environments. Travel requirements are one of the few challenges, though this is largely dependent on the specific role. As my role requires constant travel that is my own personal con. Due to the organization’s dynamic nature, priorities can shift quickly, and workloads may need to be redistributed to meet evolving business needs.

Pros

•Team and culture very diverse everyone has a place •opportunity to travel and skills you gain • the variety of projects you get to work on

Cons

I would say the pay is not as competitive. When working on projects with different companies, it is hard to ignore the pay differences, especially when you are doing the same amount of work as someone who is being paid more. That can lead to feeling overworked and underpaid.
