Pros
I've been with one of the brands for over 5 years, with three different positions that have taught me a lot. I've been promoted each time I moved. The company sets you up for great career experience, and you will grow a lot, but they have known pattern of running lean and wearing people out. Discounts and sample sales are fantastic.
Cons
Biggest issues: wasting time on investment review prep for our ungrateful CEO, so much so that we rarely have time for real marketing, and overall bad culture. This isn't a happy company and the PTO is terrible. They made a big fuss about Divirsity and then didn't give off MLK, they also claimed to do a competitive audit of benefits but did not factor in that we live in SF where most company benefits exceed the average standard. This is not a place for frills of any sort. People who have been here longer say Laura Alber is to blame for the culture.
