Used to be great - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Willow Valley Communities Employee Review

Recently very poor nurse and cna to patient ratio, no culinary staff to serve so nursing has to serve in a non-assist dining and assist. When people are out sick no one available to cover and management hides in their offices instead of coming to help. Complaints fall on deaf ears. It's so sad because we used to be great. Just getting worse.
