Pros

Both the Lakes and the Manor campus are beautiful. I feel respected and appreciated every day that I come to work by the team members and the residents. It is not like a job but a home away from home.

Cons

This is a great place to work. I wish I would have came here sooner in my career.

free stale donuts-some nice people working very hard at the bottom

Cons

they throw out the apples, oranges, strawberries, bananas, etc. and fire you if you eat those- they force you to punch out and then return to work they hire many relatives

An eye opening experience, seeing the care they provide for residents was lacking and cover-up to keep accreditations.

I worked at WV because of the residents and my coworkers. They made me smile each and everyday.

Cons

Management places $$ at the top of their concern list, not the residents needs nor employees.
