i was in a good group, cant say the same for the rest of them

Cons

focused on business more than its people even though thats their whole motto they shove down your throat. -physical office was horrible, only one bathroom for 30 employees

The Higher Relationships mind set means treating each relationship (internal and external) with intentional importance and personal interest. This mindset is seen from the top down in company management and is ingrained in the company culture. It's refreshing to be a part of such a culture.

Cons

Wilson & Company is a small company moving into the next phase of it's business development. This is an exciting time, but could be a bit scary.
