The Higher Relationships mind set means treating each relationship (internal and external) with intentional importance and personal interest. This mindset is seen from the top down in company management and is ingrained in the company culture. It's refreshing to be a part of such a culture.

Wilson & Company is a small company moving into the next phase of it's business development. This is an exciting time, but could be a bit scary.
