Company in an important expansion, great place to meet other professionals, work in global projects, good environment to work, the people are caring and nice!

Could be a little more organized, however is a good ¨school¨ to learn a lot of things.

Pros

- Company and owners treat employees really well. - Work environment is great. - Benefits are nice.

Cons

- Company designs products mainly for South America which doesn't require the same level of excellence as the US. The products just were not a good fit for the US. - Company wants to break through to the US market but is not willing to invest in the necessary service and product changes.
