Driven by personality not skill - Sales WinMagic Employee Review

Too much emphasis on the Toronto employees (non-sales) "liking" someone. Regardless of what you have or could bring to the table its all about whether a few people with very shallow backgrounds outside of Winmagic like you. Too many complacent types who are staying put as they aren't driven to do much and are paid ok for Canada. Management will fire people on heresy.... don't waste your time or your skills on these guys. If your a US employee there is no 401K and there won't be, medical is ok but not the best and everything centers on the Canadian perspective of the world.
