There’s a strong culture of encouragement and support, which makes it a motivating environment to be part of. The onboarding process was smooth and well-organized, and even the offboarding process was handled professionally and respectfully. Throughout my time with the company, there were consistent check-ins and clear communication, which made me feel supported and valued. Leadership does a great job recognizing achievements and promoting team building. They also make a thoughtful effort to include remote staff through nice office events and fun holiday gatherings that help everyone feel connected.
