      Senior management truly cares about the member. This mentality is carried throughout the organization which results in a very positive work culture environment.

      Cons

      Wings intentionally runs lean on resources. This can be very challenging to work with at times.

      Pros

      I love the members i serve. My job is worth it because I enjoy the member facing aspect. I enjoy my day to day. Wings itself is a great company to work for and our benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      In my branch unfortunately there is favoritsm. The work comardary isnt there for me. Walking on eggshells on people's emotions, people arguing, following rules only at times when others think it makes sense vs all the time creating inconsistency.
