Pros
Wings is a great place to work. They offer great benefits and generally really do seem to care for their employee's. Practically everyone is friendly and awesome to work with. The pay is great and they do a fair market research for the pay with positions frequently.
Cons
They have a tendency of running lean. They will tell you that up front. They do seem to be looking to grow and with the growth they seem realistic about workload distribution. It seems like some areas are easier to move up then others.
