Pros
The company is growing like crazy, and the future looks really bright. The senior management team is approachable and personable, and seems genuinely interested in providing a great value to the members and a great place to work for employees. Benefits are pretty good overall. Nice 401k match and contribution, along with the standard health/dental/vision stuff. Time off is decent - you start with 15 days vacation, 5 sick days and 4 floating holidays. After 3 years you get more time off. As far as promotions, a lot of positions are filled from internal candidates. It's very common to meet people in corporate positions that started as a teller or branch associate. Wings is also investing a lot of money into employee wellness and culture initiatives, like a new employee amenities center with a patio, TVs, pool, fooseball, and a $10/month (if you go 8 times) workout center with classes. There's even an automated pour system that works with our name badges to provide employees with a beer after work, which is a nice touch.
Cons
Some employees took a little longer to come around to the new culture of work/life balance, but seem to be coming around.
