      Pros

      Benefits, company does care about its employees and members. Execution is struggle, and where the system is failing its employees.

      Cons

      Poor Senior Leadership, Confusion at Branch Level, No coaching and development. One Director/VP in charge of 20+ branches makes no sense. Senior Leadership seems to have no clue what is happening in branch or how one runs.

      Pros

      I love the members i serve. My job is worth it because I enjoy the member facing aspect. I enjoy my day to day. Wings itself is a great company to work for and our benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      In my branch unfortunately there is favoritsm. The work comardary isnt there for me. Walking on eggshells on people's emotions, people arguing, following rules only at times when others think it makes sense vs all the time creating inconsistency.
