      Members really appreciate the efforts employees put forth.

      Cons

      It's a shame the overly compensated Senior Leadership Team doesn't feel the same way about employees as does the Membership. New hires should not expect any kind of career path.

      Pros

      I love the members i serve. My job is worth it because I enjoy the member facing aspect. I enjoy my day to day. Wings itself is a great company to work for and our benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      In my branch unfortunately there is favoritsm. The work comardary isnt there for me. Walking on eggshells on people's emotions, people arguing, following rules only at times when others think it makes sense vs all the time creating inconsistency.
