      Good management, pretty good pay

      Cons

      No opportunities to advance in the company, unless you are managers favorite. There was a “Manager in training position” open. All employees within Wings, at different branches knew who was going to get the position. Many were discouraged to even apply. Only employees at the Apple Valley headquarters get promoted.

      Pros

      I love the members i serve. My job is worth it because I enjoy the member facing aspect. I enjoy my day to day. Wings itself is a great company to work for and our benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      In my branch unfortunately there is favoritsm. The work comardary isnt there for me. Walking on eggshells on people's emotions, people arguing, following rules only at times when others think it makes sense vs all the time creating inconsistency.
