      Pros

      Decent pay compared to other financial institutions. Very organized. Nice incentive payouts if you earn them. Most management is great. They do not pressure you to too much to sell although they reward you for it if you do.

      Cons

      If you want to move up within the company, you will have to drive to Apple Valley. Open Saturdays-most employees have to work every 3rd Saturday on average.

      Pros

      I love the members i serve. My job is worth it because I enjoy the member facing aspect. I enjoy my day to day. Wings itself is a great company to work for and our benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      In my branch unfortunately there is favoritsm. The work comardary isnt there for me. Walking on eggshells on people's emotions, people arguing, following rules only at times when others think it makes sense vs all the time creating inconsistency.
