Pros
Working for this company is incredible - I enjoyed the people I worked with, the location, the involvement of the workers, and what the company has done over the years to create a more welcoming/exciting work space.
Cons
The position as a Personal Teller can be difficult - you make competitions between each other to keep it interesting, but sitting staring at a screen for the majority of your day was tough for me. Also, the job is not very challenging once you get the hang of it.
