      Pay, hours, financially stable, good foundation, smaller company

      Cons

      Too corporate, don't care about growing individual employees, Saturday hours, vacation accrual, hard to advance, lots of politics, rarely any fun events, always short staffed

      Pros

      I love the members i serve. My job is worth it because I enjoy the member facing aspect. I enjoy my day to day. Wings itself is a great company to work for and our benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      In my branch unfortunately there is favoritsm. The work comardary isnt there for me. Walking on eggshells on people's emotions, people arguing, following rules only at times when others think it makes sense vs all the time creating inconsistency.
