      Pros

      Wings is an outstanding company to work for when it comes to the career driven teams, the outings they have, structure, and benefits.

      Cons

      The HR department is a fraud and I would NEVER work for Wings Financial again as long as the people running HR were employee's there. They discriminate, they judge, and they do not listen. They claim to have an open door policy about your job and career.. when at the end of the day all they care about is the money they're making.

      Pros

      I love the members i serve. My job is worth it because I enjoy the member facing aspect. I enjoy my day to day. Wings itself is a great company to work for and our benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      In my branch unfortunately there is favoritsm. The work comardary isnt there for me. Walking on eggshells on people's emotions, people arguing, following rules only at times when others think it makes sense vs all the time creating inconsistency.
