      Pros

      Friendly and positive atmosphere. I worked with great people, which really helps for those times when we were under stressful situations. They offer great benefits and perks to their employees and there are opportunities to apply to other departments and grow with the company. The president makes a point to connect with the employees. I would still work there if I hadn't moved to another state.

      Cons

      Like any job that involves customer service you can't please all the people all the time.

      Pros

      I love the members i serve. My job is worth it because I enjoy the member facing aspect. I enjoy my day to day. Wings itself is a great company to work for and our benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      In my branch unfortunately there is favoritsm. The work comardary isnt there for me. Walking on eggshells on people's emotions, people arguing, following rules only at times when others think it makes sense vs all the time creating inconsistency.
