      Pros

      I very much enjoyed my time at Wings. It is a great company, with executive leadership, and a great mission. Very loyal customer base with a great presence in the community. Opportunity for advancement and career growth from within.

      Cons

      Within our specific department, there was terrible communication from our direct supervisor whose poor leadership, bad communication skills, and lack of experience greatly inhibited our ability to carry out our mission and limited our ability to capitalize on opportunities for growth. Poor leadership from our direct supervisor led to a very toxic work environment which resulted in several of my coworkers also leaving the company in the past year.

      Pros

      I love the members i serve. My job is worth it because I enjoy the member facing aspect. I enjoy my day to day. Wings itself is a great company to work for and our benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      In my branch unfortunately there is favoritsm. The work comardary isnt there for me. Walking on eggshells on people's emotions, people arguing, following rules only at times when others think it makes sense vs all the time creating inconsistency.
