      Very friendly employees, most managers are flexible and allow time off for family-related issues, paid sick time, health insurance available even for part time employees.

      Cons

      Difficult to advance. It seems like preference is given to those who's been with the company longer even if they have less experience than you.

      Pros

      I love the members i serve. My job is worth it because I enjoy the member facing aspect. I enjoy my day to day. Wings itself is a great company to work for and our benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      In my branch unfortunately there is favoritsm. The work comardary isnt there for me. Walking on eggshells on people's emotions, people arguing, following rules only at times when others think it makes sense vs all the time creating inconsistency.
