      Pros

      I'd say things were very hands on and we were assigned a project just after our orientation. We spent the entire summer developing it from the front end side to back end therefore, I learned a lot from here. I recommend interning here.

      Cons

      Small company so they don't hire interns full-time after graduation.

      Pros

      I love the members i serve. My job is worth it because I enjoy the member facing aspect. I enjoy my day to day. Wings itself is a great company to work for and our benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      In my branch unfortunately there is favoritsm. The work comardary isnt there for me. Walking on eggshells on people's emotions, people arguing, following rules only at times when others think it makes sense vs all the time creating inconsistency.
