      Good benefits and that’s it! Seriously.

      Cons

      Cut throat. Extremely disorganized! If you like using band-aids to fix things this is the place to work for you! If you don’t “fall in line” then you’re out… The culture is extremely toxic since the new HR regime came in. Many, many good employees were lost as a result. Over worked and under paid! No appreciation for the people that actually do the work. Lots of favoritism too. Just to name a few.

      Pros

      I love the members i serve. My job is worth it because I enjoy the member facing aspect. I enjoy my day to day. Wings itself is a great company to work for and our benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      In my branch unfortunately there is favoritsm. The work comardary isnt there for me. Walking on eggshells on people's emotions, people arguing, following rules only at times when others think it makes sense vs all the time creating inconsistency.
