      Pros

      Small teams and great comradery, Lots of great benefits all around. Very impactful in my day to day workload. My opinions are heard and listened to.

      Cons

      Always more work to be done. Can be stressful with the ability to impact the entire environment and timelines we have to work on things. Once one thing finishes another starts up with little time to reflect.

      Pros

      I love the members i serve. My job is worth it because I enjoy the member facing aspect. I enjoy my day to day. Wings itself is a great company to work for and our benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      In my branch unfortunately there is favoritsm. The work comardary isnt there for me. Walking on eggshells on people's emotions, people arguing, following rules only at times when others think it makes sense vs all the time creating inconsistency.
