Pros

Work from home. Learn valuable information.

Cons

Way too much monitoring, timing everything including bathroom breaks, working for members off phone, screens are recorded for evaluation steps, phrases need to be word for word, the pressure is overwhelming. Each day the timing has to fall within certain limits.

We are always looking for ways to improve the employee experience though, even in a highly structured role like this. Pros

I love the members i serve. My job is worth it because I enjoy the member facing aspect. I enjoy my day to day. Wings itself is a great company to work for and our benefits are amazing.

Cons

In my branch unfortunately there is favoritsm. The work comardary isnt there for me. Walking on eggshells on people's emotions, people arguing, following rules only at times when others think it makes sense vs all the time creating inconsistency.
