The administration and faculty are incredibly supportive, working together to ensure each student receives an education tailored to their individual needs. The collaborative environment makes every day rewarding. As a former Athletic Director, PE teacher, and coach, I greatly appreciated the freedom and support to develop and enhance the athletic department, which helped me grow as an educator and leader. The school fosters an environment that encourages creativity and innovation, allowing both educators and students to create programs and clubs that benefit the community. The workplace culture is welcoming and community-driven, with monthly school-wide events that bring students and staff together in a fun and engaging way. These events help foster a strong sense of belonging among everyone at the school.

The hardest part of the job can be adjusting to the individualized learning approach, as it requires adaptability and a deep understanding of each student’s needs. However, the support from colleagues and administration makes this challenge manageable.
