Excellent opportunity, great place and great people, challenging job, but rewarding job.

There really were no bad things I can say about the place.

Excellent group of co-workers. Many of the workers in each department genuinely care about their roles within the company and keep the quality of product and the customer in mind. Many aspects of the job are enjoyable.

The current president of WMF only cares about, and takes care of, the people who are in his "inner circle". It's ALL about nepotism. If you are 'in' with the big man, you can do whatever you want and you will be safe there for life. President doesn't care about anyone else - regardless of how hard you work, how long you've been there, the fact that you are always on-time, the fact that you take pride in your job, or your contribution to the company. It's gone down hill in the worst way and the morale is lacking because of the way the president operates. It's a shame, used to be such a different environment.
